AXIS Capital Declares Quarterly Dividends on Common and Preferred Shares
September 22, 2016 4:15 PM EDTPEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE: AXS) today announced that the Companys Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on October 17, 2016 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on October 3, 2016.
