InterDigital Announces Increase of Regular Quarterly Dividend

(NASDAQ: IDCC), a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per share ($1.20 per share on an annual basis).
