September 20, 2016 4:01 PM EDTNEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of KCAP Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: KCAP) approved a cash distribution for the third quarter of 2016 of $0.15 per share of common stock. The distribution is payable on October 27, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business as of October 14, 2016.
