Abbott to Sell Abbott Medical Optics to Johnson & Johnson for $4.325 Billion
September 16, 2016 3:00 PM EDTABBOTT PARK, Ill., Sept. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Abbott (NYSE: ABT) announced today that it will sell Abbott Medical Optics, its vision care business, to Johnson & Johnson for $4.325 billion in cash. Â
