1ST Constitution Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend of $0.05 Per Common Share
September 16, 2016 9:15 AM EDTCRANBURY, N.J., Sept. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1ST Constitution Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCCY), parent company of 1ST Constitution Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The cash dividend will be paid on October 21, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 28, 2016.
