Fortis Inc. Acquisition of ITC Holdings Corp. Approved by Missouri Public Service Commission

("ITC") (NYSE: ITC) today announced that the Missouri Public Service Commission ("MPSC") has approved their application authorizing Fortis to proceed with its acquisition of ITC.
