(Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock for September 2016. The dividend is payable on October 7, 2016 to common stockholders of record as of September 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2016.
The Company also announced today its estimated net book value of $22.71 per common share, and estimated net tangible book value of $21.01 per common share, as of August 31, 2016. The estimated net book value of $22.71 includes deductions... More
