Snap Interactive and Paltalk Announce Definitive Merger Agreement and Stockholder Approval for Proposed Merger
September 14, 2016 8:15 AM EDTNEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/14/16 -- A.V.M. Software, Inc. (d/b/a Paltalk) ("Paltalk") and Snap Interactive, Inc. ("SNAP") (OTCQB: STVI) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement for the previously announced proposed merger between Paltalk and SNAP. The agreement was approved by the holders of a majority of Paltalk's outstanding shares yesterday afternoon.
