ParkerVision Receives Preliminary Ruling from German Court
September 9, 2016 9:00 AM EDTJACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 09, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParkerVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRKR), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of semiconductor technology solutions for wireless applications, announced today that its wholly-owned German subsidiary, ParkerVision GmbH, has received a favorable preliminary opinion from the Regional Court of Munich in its patent infringement case against LG Electronics Deutschland GmbH (LG), a German subsidiary of LG Electronics, Inc.
