(NASDAQ: RESN), a designer of filters for radio frequency, or RF, front-ends that specializes in delivering designs for difficult bands and complex requirements, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,360,870 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.25 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $10.0 million.
