AMD Announces Pricing and Upsize of $700 Million of Convertible Senior Notes and Pricing of Public Offering of $600 Million of Common Stock
September 9, 2016 4:30 AM EDTSUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/16 -- AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announced the pricing of an upsized public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.125% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 (the "New Notes"). The offering of the New Notes was upsized from an originally announced amount of $450 million. AMD also announced the pricing of a public offering of shares of its common stock (the "Shares") of $600 million at a price of $6.00 per share. September 6, 2016 4:35 PM EDTSUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/06/16 -- AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announced that it intends to commence concurrent public offerings, subject to market and other conditions, of approximately $600 million of its common stock (the "Shares") and $450 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2026 (the "New Notes").
