AUSTIN, Texas and SAN DIEGO, Sept. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lpath, Inc. (Nasdaq: LPTN) and Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which the security holders of Apollo would become the majority owners of Lpath.
