September 7, 2016 4:01 PM EDTNASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE: LPX) today announced that it has priced its offering of $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2024 (the Notes) in an offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). The Notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 4.875%. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on September 14, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
