(Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China ("Ctrip" or the "Company"), today announced the pricing of US$900 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2022 (the "Notes"). September 6, 2016 9:07 AM EDTCtrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP) announced the commencement of the offering of 22,500,000 American depositary shares (the "ADSs"), each representing 0.125 of an ordinary share of the Company (the "ADS Offering"). The Company intends to grant the underwriters in the ADS Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,375,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any.
