Atento Acquires Majority Stake in R Brasil Soluções to Expand Collections Capabilities

(NYSE: ATTO), the leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM BPO) in Latin America, and one of the three top providers worldwide, today announced the acquisition of a controlling share of R Brasil Soluções (R Brasil), a top provider of collections services in Brazil.
