Perceptron Announces Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2016 Results

(NASDAQ: PRCP) today announced results for the fourth quarter of its 2016 fiscal year (quarterly period ended June 30, 2016). Reported net loss in the quarter of $15.6 million and net loss per share of $1.66 included a non-cash charge of $16.4 million, or $1.74 per share, for a full valuation allowance on its deferred tax assets as a result of recent losses in its U.S., Germany and Brazil operations. Adjusted for the impact of these charges, the net income for the quarter was $0.8 million and net...
