Ventas Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.73 Per Share
August 29, 2016 5:00 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) (Ventas or the Company) said today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2016 to stockholders of record on September 15, 2016. The dividend is the third quarterly installment of the Companys 2016 annual dividend. The Company intends to increase its dividend in the fourth quarter 2016, subject to approval by its Board of Directors.
