OncoCyte Corporation Announces the Closing of Two Private Placement Transactions Generating Gross Proceeds of $10.55 Million
August 29, 2016 4:05 PM EDTALAMEDA, Calif., Aug. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OncoCyte Corporation (NYSE MKT: OCX), a developer of novel, non-invasive blood based tests for the early detection of cancer, announced today that it has closed two separate private placements with a select group of institutional and accredited investors, including both new and existing investors. The private placements in total will consist of 3,246,153 units for total gross proceeds of $10.55 million before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses.Â
