STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION Increases Quarterly Dividend
August 25, 2016 4:00 PM EDTMILWAUKEE, Aug. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION (NASDAQ: STRT) announced today that the Companys Board of Directors, at its meeting held August 24, 2016, declared a cash dividend for the Companys fiscal first quarter of $0.14 per common share. This represents an 8 % increase from the previous regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2016.
