CBL & Associates Properties Declares Common Stock Dividend and Preferred Stock Dividend

(NYSE: CBL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend for the Companys Common Stock of $0.265 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2016. The dividend is payable on October 14, 2016, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2016.
