AerCap Holdings N.V. Authorizes Share Repurchase Program of $250 Million
August 22, 2016 4:01 PM EDTDUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AerCap Holdings N.V. (AerCap) (NYSE: AER) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a new $250 million share repurchase program, which will run through December 31, 2016. This program is in addition to the $250 million share repurchase program announced on May 31, 2016, which runs through September 30, 2016, as well as the $400 million share repurchase program announced on February 23, 2016 that was completed earlier this year.
