August 19, 2016 8:30 AM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On August 18, 2016, Texas Roadhouse, Inc.s (Nasdaq: TXRH) Board of Directors authorized the payment of a cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock. This payment will be distributed on September 30, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2016.
