Community Bank System, Inc. Announces Its 24th Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases

(NYSE: CBU) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 10, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2016.
This one cent increase in the Companys quarterly cash dividend over the same quarter of last year, or 3.2% higher, represents an annualized yield of 2.84% based on the Companys closing price of $45.12 on August 17, 2016.
