Intercontinental Exchange Announces Expected Closing for Acquisition of S&P Global’s Securities Evaluations and Credit Market Analysis
August 17, 2016 8:30 AM EDTATLANTA & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data, announced that following U.S. Department of Justice clearance, the company will close its acquisition of S&P Globals (NYSE: SPGI) Securities Evaluations (SPSE) and Credit Market Analysis (CMA), two assets within the S&P Global Market Intelligence division.
