Golub Capital BDC (GBDC) Announces 1.75M Share Common Stock Offering
August 15, 2016 4:07 PM EDTGolub Capital BDC, Inc.(NASDAQ: GBDC), announced that it plans to make a public offering of 1,750,000 shares of its common stock. Wells Fargo Securities (the "underwriter") is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
