(the "Company"), a business development company (NASDAQ: GBDC), announced that it has priced an underwritten, public offering of 1,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.35 per share. Wells Fargo Securities (the "underwriter") is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The offering of the shares will be made under the Company's shelf registration statement, which was filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission.

(the "Company"), a business development company (NASDAQ: GBDC), announced that it plans to make a public offering of 1,750,000 shares of its common stock.
