Dow and DuPont Statement Regarding Phase II Review by European Commission
August 11, 2016 10:09 AM EDTWILMINGTON, Del. and MIDLAND, Mich., Aug. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont (NYSE: DD) and The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) confirmed today that the European Commission (EC) has initiated a Phase II review for the proposed merger of equals transaction of the two companies.
