Exelon to Assume Ownership and Operation of Entergy’s James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in Upstate New York

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in Scriba, NY, the companies announced today. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who asked the New York Public Service Commission (PSC) to adopt a Clean Energy Standard (CES) benefitting the states nuclear power plants, helped facilitate the transaction.
