B&G Foods Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
August 8, 2016 4:18 PM EDTPARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) announced today its intention to offer 3,750,000 shares of its common stock, pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In connection with the offering, B& Foods expects to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 550,000 shares of common stock.
