Essent Group Ltd. Reports Second Quarter 2016 Results

(NYSE: ESNT) today reported net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 of $52.3 million or $0.57 per diluted share, compared to $37.2 million or $0.41 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. As of June 30, 2016, Essent had insurance in force of $72.3 billion and consolidated stockholders equity of $1.2 billion.
