Fairholme Purchases 6.25% Interest in Sears Holdings (SHLD) Loans

In an amended 13D on Sears Holdings (NASDAQ: SHLD) from Eddie Lapmert's ESL Partners, it was disclosed that “On September 30, 2014, The Fairholme Partnership, LP purchased a 6.25% participation interest in the Loan from affiliates of the Reporting Persons pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Participation Agreement, dated September 30, 2014, by and among PYOF 2014 Loans, LLC, Fairholme and affiliates of the Reporting Persons. Pursuant to the Loan Agreement, the remaining $200 million of the Loan was funded on September 30, 2014 in accordance with the A&R Participation Agreement."
