ITC Holdings (ITC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14% to $0.1625; 1.8% Yield

ITC Holdings (NYSE: ITC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1625 per share, or $0.65 annualized. This is a 14% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1425.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
