Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.45; 3.2% Yield

Scotts Miracle-Gro (NYSE: SMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4375.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 27, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 25, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
