Molycorp (MCP) Ratings Not Affected by $400M Financing Arrangement - Moody's

Moody's said that the ratings of Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) are not immediately affected by its commitment letter to secure a $400 million financing arrangement with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., due to uncertainties over the eventual execution and the precise terms of the arrangement. The corporate family, speculative grade liquidity and the instrument ratings may be impacted if and when the transaction closes.
