RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 36.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
