Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ABR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 1, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
