Is Apple (AAPL) Relevant Anymore? Samsung Doesn't Think So...

February 4, 2013 7:20 AM EST
Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) has millions upon millions of users globally, with iPhones and iPads still selling at a heady clip. But, one telling sign might hint that Apple isn't the same growth company it was just a year ago.

Samsung's Super Bowl ad.

Previously, Samsung took its opportunity on the world's largest advertising stage to rile Apple fans. The most recent has a Samsung user wondering why people were lining up for an iPhone when his Galaxy S III had all the features and more?

AllThingsD notes that the ad guy behind the last campaign went over to Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), so those ads aren't likely to show up anytime soon.

Samsung's ad for the Super Bowl this year had the comedic genius of Paul Rudd, Bob Odenkirk, and Seth Rogan in it. Click here to view.

Does that mean will start seeing ads pop up slamming BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) in the future?

Shares of Apple are lower in early trading Monday.
