Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 40% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $945 million versus the consensus estimate of $934.12 million. Netflix, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.00-0.23, versus the consensus of $-0.07. Sees Q1 revs of $1.004-$1.031 billion versus the consensus of $969.4 million.

Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) 19% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $120 million. Sees Q1 revs of $78 million to $83 million, with the consensus at $130.7 million

Swift Transportation Co. (NYSE: SWFT) 17% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $922.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $881.32 million.

ITT Educational Services, Inc. (NYSE: ESI) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.41), $2.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $300.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.64 million. New student enrollment in the fourth quarter of 2012 decreased 11.4% to 13,398 compared to 15,125 in the same period in 2011. Total student enrollment decreased 16.6% to 61,059 as of December 31, 2012 compared to 73,255 as of December 31, 2011. Sees FY2013 EPS of $3.50-4.00, versus the consensus of $4.53.

Embraer SA (NYSE: ERJ) 12% HIGHER; Republic Airways to buy 53 jets.

Apple, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) 11% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $13.81, $0.37 better than the analyst estimate of $13.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $54.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $54.73 billion. Apple sees Q2 revenues of $41-$43 billion versus the consensus of $45.63 billion. The Company sold a record 47.8 million iPhones in the quarter, versus the Stret consensus of 47.8 million with a range of 43.1-53 million Apple also sold a record 22.9 million iPads during the quarter, versus the consensus of 22.4 million on average, with a range of 18.4-26 million.

Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of €0.06, versus €0.06 reported in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at €8.04 billion, versus €10.01 billion reported last year. Devices & Services net sales fell 36 percent to €3.85 billion, with net profit of €52 million

Quality Systems (NASDAQ: QSII) 9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $114.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $119.33 million.

Logitech International (NASDAQ: LOGI) 9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($1.24), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $615 million versus the consensus estimate of $667.87 million

Travelzoo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZOO) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.49 million.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.14, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $365.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $366.74 million. F5 Networks, Inc. sees Q2 2013 EPS of $1.21-1.24, versus the consensus of $1.20. F5 Networks, Inc. sees Q2 2013 revenue of $370-380 million, versus the consensus of $379.34 million.

Sandisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK) 4% LOWER;
reported Q4 EPS of $0.87, or $1.05 on a non-GAAP basis, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.53 billion.

Altera Corp (NASDAQ: ALTR) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $439.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $450.73 million. Sees Q1 revs down 4-8% versus Q4.

Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) 4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.89, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $678 million versus the consensus estimate of $676.15 million. Varian Medical Systems sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.93-1.03, versus the consensus of $1.04.

OPKO Health, Inc. (NYSE: OPK) 3% LOWER; plans to sell approximately $150 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2033 (the "Notes") in a private offering.

Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ: LRCX) 1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.45, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $860.89 million versus the consensus estimate of $852.36 million.
