Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) 8% HIGHER; to separate its mortgage insurance business

Plug Power (NASDAQ: PLUG) 9% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell, from time to time, up to $20 million of its Common Stock

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 9% LOWER; expected fourth quarter diluted earnings per share expected to be in the range of $1.92 to $1.97. The Street sees EPS of $2.09. Revenue expected to increase 17.2% to $699.2 million. The Street sees revs of $690.86 million. Comparable restaurant sales expected to increase 3.8%

Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE: CBK) 8% HIGHER; expects to report a comparable store sales increase in the high teens for the fourth fiscal quarter as compared to the Company's previous guidance of a comparable store sales increase in the high single to low double digits. The Company also announced that it expects cash and cash equivalents at the end of the fourth fiscal quarter (February 2, 2013) to be in the range of $37 million to $38 million.

Vera Bradley, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRA) 8% HIGHER; updated its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 guidance. For the fourth quarter, the Company expects net revenues to be in a range of $149 million to $154 million, compared to the prior range of $147 million to $152 million. Indirect net revenues are expected to grow in the low- to mid-single digits versus prior guidance of low-single digits and comparable store sales are expected to be flat compared to the prior year versus previous guidance of low-single digit growth, primarily due to lower-than-expected traffic during the holiday season. The Street sees Q4 EPS of $0.56 and revs of $151.54 million.

Perion Network Ltd (NASDAQ: PERI) 5% HIGHER; new Buy at Benchmark

Boeing (NYSE: BA) 4% LOWER; An All Nippon Airways 787 flight made the landing after pilots got a battery-fault warning and smelled smoke in the cockpit. ANA will ground the entire fleet for the first time, while Japan Airlines (JAL) is taking the measure as a safety precaution.

General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) 3% LOWER; sees 4% drop in European industry volume

Bank Of New York (NYSE: BK) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.53, which may not compare with he analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.61 billion

Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CIE) 3% LOWER; commenced a registered underwritten public offering of 40,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which will be offered by selling stockholders. The underwriters of this offering have been granted an option, exercisable within 30 days, to purchase up to an additional 6,000,000 shares of common stock from certain of the selling stockholders on the same terms and conditions. Cobalt will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) 3% LOWER; buyout price of $13-$14 is lower than expected.

Pacira Pharma (Nasdaq: PCRX) 3% LOWER; For the quarter ended December 31, 2012, the Company currently expects to report net sales of EXPAREL of approximately $7.8 million, and currently expects to report total revenues of approximately $10.5 million as compared to total revenues of $4.2 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2011. For the year ended December 31, 2012, the Company currently expects to report net sales of EXPAREL of approximately $14.6 million, and currently expects to report total revenues of approximately $39.1 million as compared to total revenues of $15.7 million for the year ended December 31, 201

STAG Industrial (NYSE: STAG) 3% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) 3% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs Group reported Q4 EPS of $5.60, $1.82 better than the analyst estimate of $3.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.91 billion. Annualized ROE was 16.5% for the fourth quarter of 2012.

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $247.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.25 million.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.39, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $24.56 billion
