Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) 22.5% LOWER; plans to ramp is Mountain Pass, CA, facility. Company officials said that controlling capital and operating costs continues to be a top priority. With the combination of the new Phase 1 ramp-up schedule and current rare earth pricing environment, the Company anticipates lower than expected revenue and cash flow for 2013, and is evaluating its capital needs for 2013.

China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited (NYSE: MY) 21.0% HIGHER; higher as China reported doubling its wind power capacity in 2012 and is aiming for 10-gigawatts (GW) of installed power, up from prior expectations of a 7-GW jump.

Dragonwave, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRWI) 19.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.36), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $38.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $41.83 million.. The Company sees Q4 2013 revenue of $40-$45 million, versus the consensus of $49.06 million.

GigOptix, Inc. (AMEX: GIG) 18.6% LOWER; announced preliminary revenues of approximately $8.0 million, including recognition of approximately $0.9 million of previously unrecognized government contract revenue, for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, ended December 31, 2012. This compares with the previous outlook provided on October 30, 2012, that fourth quarter fiscal 2012 revenues would be roughly in-line with third quarter fiscal 2012 revenues of $10.1 million. The Street sees Q4 revs of $10.1 million.

VOXX International (Nasdaq: VOXX) 17.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $242.03 million versus the consensus estimate of $232 million.

Fisher Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSCI) 15.9% HIGHER; announced today that its Board of Directors has decided to explore and evaluate potential strategic alternatives intended to enhance shareholder value, which could result in, among other things, a possible sale of the Company.

SUPERVALU Inc. (NYSE: SVU) 15.9% HIGHER; announced a definitive agreement under which it will sell its Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and Star Market stores and related Osco and Sav-on in-store pharmacies to AB Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of a Cerberus Capital Management L.P.-led investor consortium which also includes Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM), Klaff Realty LP, Lubert-Adler Partners and Schottenstein Real Estate Group, in a transaction valued at $3.3 billion.

Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRXI) 7.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.01), versus ($0.05) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.9 million, versus $6.2 million reported last year.

Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: THLD) 7.6% LOWER; pulling back following a 19.3 percent gain over the last two sessions.
