Gabelli downgraded LIN TV (NYSE: TVL) from Buy to Hold on valuation.
The firm comments, "Shares rose 78% in 2012 to close the year at $7.53 per share and hit $9.15 in yesterday’s trading. We see nothing fundamental to account for the latest move, and with its current peer valuation, we are downgrading our recommendation to Hold from Buy." Shares are up 21% YTD on no news.
Gabelli finds Belo Corp. (NYSE: BLC) more attractive at 5.5x 2012/2013 BCF with refinancing opportunities still ahead of it and a 4.1% current return.
