Christopher & Banks Corp. (NYSE: CBK) 23% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, versus ($0.15) expected. Revenue for the quarter came in at $117.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $114.05 million.

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUPN) 16% LOWER; announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share.

VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) 15% LOWER; Renewal of its .com license renewal with Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Under the agreement, VeriSign will have its $7.85 per domain pricing locked in for the six-year term. Additionally, Verisign no longer has the right to four price increases of up to seven percent over the six-year term.

Tellabs, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLAB) 11% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share

Zynga, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 8% LOWER; amended deal with Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) that allows Facebook to develop its own gains.

Five Below (NASDAQ: FIVE) 8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $81.28 million. Five Below sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.35-0.37, versus the consensus of $0.38. Five Below sees Q4 2012 revenue of $167-170 million, versus the consensus of $166.14 million.

Zumiez, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $180 million versus the consensus estimate of $183.28 million. Comparable store sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 increased 3.7%. Zumiez sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.59-$0.62, versus the consensus of $0.71. Also sees Q4 2012 revenue of $218-$221 million, versus the consensus of $222.91 million.

Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) 8% LOWER; Told investors it expects 2013 EPS growth by at least 10 percent. Yum also reaffirmed 2012 EPS guidance of $3.24. 10 percent EPS growth on top of 2012 EPS of $3.24 would equate to 2013 earnings at $3.56, markedly below street estimates of $3.74.

Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXST) 6% LOWER; announced the pricing of the previously announced sale by selling stockholders, funds affiliated with ABRY Partners, LLC, of 8.0 million shares of the Company’s Class A common stock at $9.25 per share.

The Active Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACTV)5% HIGHER Upgraded to Buy at BofA/ML

Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $505.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $504.14 million. Q3 comps rose 8.4%. Ulta Salon sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.96-0.98, versus the consensus of $0.96. Sees Q4 comps up 5-7%. Ulta Salon sees FY12 EPS of $2.64-$2.66, versus prior view of $2.58-$2.60 and the consensus of $2.61

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 5% LOWER; CEO Andrew Mason will not be replaced in near term, according to a company spokesperson.

Regal Entertainment Group Cl A (NYSE: RGC) 4% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share

Cameron International (NYSE: CAM) 3% HIGHER; Bernstein initiates coverage with an Outperform. PT $75.00.

National Beverage Corp. (NASDAQ: FIZZ) 3% HIGHER; $2.55/share special dividend

St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ) 3% HIGHER; authorized a share repurchase of up to $1 billion

Pacific Sunwear Of California (NASDAQ: PSUN) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.03), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $228.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $226.21 million. Total Company same-store sales increased 1% during the period. Pacific Sunwear Of California sees FY2012 EPS of $-0.17--0.09, versus the consensus of $-0.09. Pacific Sunwear Of California sees FY2012 revenue of $225-235 million, versus the consensus of $226.21 million. Sees comps negative 1% to plus 3%.

Whole Foods Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFM) 1% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $2.00 per share.
