Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 11/16: (SWSH) (PENN) (SHF) Higher; (DIAL) (SAB) (DVAX) Lower

Dial Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: DIAL) 75.0% LOWER; will delist from Nasdaq listing.

Grupo Casa Saba SAB de CV (NYSE: SAB) 51.2% LOWER; also said it would delist, but from the NYSE in this case.

Dynavax Technologies (Nasdaq: DVAX) 46.6% LOWER; reeling after an FDA panel voted against approving Heplisav. Jefferies said it sees a compelling entry point at $2 on the stock...which is 56.8 percent below Dynavax's closing price on Wednesday. Shares were halted Thursday into the vote.

Swisher Hygiene Inc. (Nasdaq: SWSH) 33.0% HIGHER; has completed the sale of its Choice Environmental Services subsidiary ("Choice") to Waste Services of Florida, Inc., a subsidiary of Progressive Waste Solutions Ltd. (NYSE: BIN), for approximately $123.3 million in cash.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq: PENN) 29.7% HIGHER; intends to pursue a plan to separate its gaming operating assets and real property assets into two publicly traded companies including an operating entity, Penn National Gaming, and, through a tax-free spin-off of its real estate assets to holders of PENN common stock, a newly formed, publicly traded real estate investment trust, subject to required gaming regulatory body approvals.

Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. (NYSE: SHF) 29.6% HIGHER; received a higher $42 per share bid from Reckitt Benckiser Group.

Hyperdynamics Corporation (NYSE: HDY) 26.8% HIGHER; moving higher amid positive talks over solving the fiscal cliff earlier. Shares have been flat at the 60 cent to 70 cent level over the last several months.

General Steel Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GSI) 24.2% HIGHER; rebounding after a massive sell-off late Thursday night. The stock dropped fom $1.13 to 90 cents late in the session Thursday, though no specific news on the move was mentioned.

Sycamore Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: SCMR) 22.1% LOWER; could be feeling a little pressure following Aruba Networks' (Nasdaq: ARUN) quarterly results Thursday.

OfficeMax, Inc. (NYSE: OMX) 24.2% HIGHER; higher following the IPO filing of Boise Cascade (NYSE: BCC). OfficeMax has a significant stake in Boise.

Sears Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: SHLD) 19.2% LOWER; lower after reporting a narrower-than-expected Q3 loss of $1.99 per share Thursday night.
