Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) 8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.28, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $684.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $713.1 million. Fossil, Inc. sees Q4 2012 EPS of $2.26-2.29, versus the consensus of $2.27.

Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO) 5% HIGHER; today announced preliminary sales, backlog and cash, cash equivalents and investments for the first quarter ended October 31, 2012. Preliminary consolidated sales in the first quarter were $876.8 million, up 30% from $673.0 million in the first quarter last year. RV sales were $763.0 million, up 36% from $561.7 million in last year's first quarter. Towable RV sales for the quarter were $640.8 million, up 28% from $499.1 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2012. Motorized RV sales in the first quarter nearly doubled to $122.2 million from $62.6 million in the same quarter a year ago. Bus Group sales were $113.8 million, up 2% from $111.3 million in the first quarter last year. ** The Street sees Q1 revs of $735.9 million

Nationstar Mortgage (NYSE: NSM) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, versus $0.44 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $277.2 million, versus $200 million reported last year.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.19), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $91.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.17 million.
