CollabRx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLRX) 62.5% HIGHER; announced a multi-year partnership agreement with Life Technologies Corporation for development and commercialization of CollabRx technology and content resources to be used in conjunction with Life Technologies’ global cancer diagnostics development and its laboratory developed test services business.

NuVasive, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUVA) 32.0% LOWER; announced preliminary unaudited information regarding expected revenue results for the third quarter 2012, which was below its prior views and the Wall Street consensus.

Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq: INFA) 25.0% LOWER; expects total revenues for the third-quarter of 2012 to be in the range of $189 million to $191 million. License revenues are expected to be in the range of $65 million to $67 million and service revenues are expected to be in the range of $123 million to $125 million. The Street sees revs of $200.7 million.

JinkoSolar Holding (NYSE: JKS) 20.6% HIGHER; JinkoSolar making a strong move above $4 today. Volume of 375,000 shares is about three times the trailing daily average.

ArQule, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQL) 18.6% HIGHER; rebounding following a 56 percent drop Tuesday as the DMC recommended discontinuation of the Phase 3 MARQUEE (Met inhibitor ARQ 197 plus Erlotinib vs Erlotinib plus placebo in NSCLC) trial.

Alon Holdings Blue Square (NYSE: BSI) 16.4% HIGHER; popping above the $2 resistance level, a point it hasn't closed above since the end of August.

Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRPT) 16.1% LOWER; RNAi Therapeutics said Sarepta failed to report meaningful dystrophin expression data, the post said. For more color, click here.

HMS Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: HMSY) 13.1% LOWER; lowered 2012 guidance as follows. For the full year, revenue guidance is adjusted from $500.0 - $515.0 million, to a new range of $480.0 - $490.0 million, and GAAP earnings per share (EPS) guidance is changed from a range of $0.58 - $0.64 to a range of $0.55 - $0.60. Adjusted EPS is changed from $0.91 - $0.96 to a range of $0.85 - $0.90. The Street is at sales of $502.4 million and EPS of $0.60.

Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: RGLS) 12.5% HIGHER; priced its initial public offering of 11,250,000 shares of its common stock at $4.00 per share. Regulus granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,687,500 shares at the initial public offering price to cover overallotments, if any.

NII Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NIHD) 11.8% HIGHER; has appointed Juan R. Figuereo as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 17, 2012. Mr. Figuereo will replace Gokul Hemmady, who was recently named NII Holdings' chief operating officer.

International Speedway Corp (Nasdaq: ISCA) 10.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $115.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $127.35 million.
