Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Hold' on Level 3 Communications (NYSE: LVLT) price target of $25.50.

Analyst, Greg Miller, said, "With a 50% (plus) rise year to date in the stock, we
believe that Level 3 continues to harbor the greatest downside risk in our group, should any of the many M&A-related execution issues of the past recur with the Global Crossing integration process, or should 2013 Capex trend higher."
