Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBLI) 35.6% LOWER; today announced that the Company received a response from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority of the Department of Health and Human Services (BARDA) indicating that BARDA has declined to invite the Company to submit a full proposal at this time for continued development funding of CBLB502 as a radiation countermeasure. Notwithstanding this notification, the Company plans to continue the development of CBLB502 as a radiation countermeasure without interruption.

Magal Security Systems Ltd (Nasdaq: MAGS) 30.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, versus ($0.14) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.7 million, versus $15.1 million reported last year.

China Recycling Energy Corp. (Nasdaq: CREG) 24.4% HIGHER; may be catching a bid with a portion of the Chinese clean tech market. Shares of THT Heat Transfer Technology (Nasdaq: THTI) are currently up 73 percent, shares of SmartHeat (Nasdaq: HEAT) are up 60 percent, and shares of Cleantech (Nasdaq: CLNT) are up 156 percent.

GMX Resources (NYSE: GMXR) 24% HIGHER; today announces that the Company has successfully drilled and completed its fourth operated horizontal Bakken well, the Lange 11-30-1H, 89% working interest, located in Sections 30&31 Township 147N Range 99W in McKenzie County, North Dakota. The Lange 11-30-1H was drilled to a measured depth of 20,519' with a lateral length of 9,348'. It was completed as a 32 stage frac Middle Bakken producer achieving a peak rate of 2,549 boepd @1,500 psi flowing casing pressure.

United Community Financial Corp. (United Community) (Nasdaq: UCFC), 22% LOWER; reports that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions (Home Savings’ Regulators) terminated Home Savings’ Order to Cease and Desist, which was issued by Home Savings’ Regulators in August 2008. However, the Board of Directors of Home Savings has entered into a Consent Order with Home Savings’ Regulators, which lays the foundation for a stronger bank.

Patrick Industries (Nasdaq: PATK) 16.9% LOWER; stock giving back after hitting the $12 level as traders take profits as the stock has doubled since early March.

Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: IDIX) 14.5% LOWER; continuing lower from yesterday following new INFORM-SVR data from Roche (OTCBB: RHHBY).

Keryx Biopharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: KERX) 11.7 LOWER; Keryx continuing lower after reporting Monday that the Phase 3 "X-PECT" (Xeloda + Perifosine Evaluation in Colorectal cancer Treatment) clinical trial evaluating perifosine (KRX-0401) + capecitabine (Xeloda) in patients with refractory advanced colorectal cancer did not meet the primary endpoint of improving overall survival versus capecitabine + placebo.

Tranzyme (Nasdaq: TZYM) 9.8% HIGHER; following a 14 percent surge yesterday, shares have moved over and held the $3 level today.

G&K Services Inc. (Nasdaq: GKSR) 6.6% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $6.00 per share. The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 11, 2012. The annual yield on the dividend is 17.3 percent.

DDI Corp. (Nasdaq: DDIC) 5.6% HIGHER; getting acquired by Viasystems. It's rare to see an acquirer up more than the company its acquiring, but investors are cheering the move both ways today. Volume on DDi is insane, about 111 times the normal daily average of 80,000 shares.
