Transcend Services (Nasdaq: TRCR) 39.5% HIGHER; Nuance (Nasdaq: NUAN) announced plans Wednesday to acquire Transcend Services for $29.50/share in cash, or approximately $300 million.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: BONT) 25.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $4.00, which includes 93 cents per share in gains. Non-GAAP EPS totaled $3.07 vs. the analyst estimate of $3.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $983.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion. Same-store sales were down 2.6 percent. Sees FY12 EPS of 15-75 cents, which does not compare to the consensus of a $1.26 per share loss. The company is expecting FY same-store sales to be up 1-2 percent.

Pandora Media (NYSE: P) 23.9% LOWER; reported Q4 adjusted loss of ($0.03), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.03 million. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $72-$75 million, versus the consensus of $86.6 million. Sees FY2013 revenue of $410-$420 million, versus the consensus of $418 million.

Global Cash Access Holdings (NYSE: GCA) 20.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.63 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.76-$0.82, versus the consensus of $0.58.

Agenus (Nasdaq: AGEN) 20.5% HIGHER; shares are continuing higher today after breaking above the 200-day SMA late yesterday. The stock is getting help from a Seeking Alpha entitled "Add Agenus to the Growing List of Buyout Candidates."

iBio (AMEX: IBIO) 20.1% HIGHER; pushing above resistance at $0.90 this morning. The stock has tested this level several times so far this year. Volume is very heavy today.

Vermillion (Nasdaq: VRML) 17.7% LOWER; traders taking profits following a 125 percent surge yesterday amid approval for the company's OVA1 test. The stock was downgraded to Sell by Ladenburg Thalmann late last night.

TNS, Inc. (NYSE: TNS) 14.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $140.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.13 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.50-$0.54, versus the consensus of $0.48. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $136.5-$139 million, versus the consensus of $139.1 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.39-$2.55, versus the consensus of $2.38. Sees FY2012 revenue of $574-$586 million, versus the consensus of $579 million.

KV Pharma (NYSE: KV-A) 14.4% HIGHER; not hearing any company-specific or sector-related news this morning. After holding closely to the 200-day SMA over the last few sessions, the stock broke below the technical yesterday but gapped above it this morning and has successfully tested this level several times.

ChinaCache International Holdings (NASDAQ: CCIH) 12.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02) vs. the analyst estimate of $0.07 (may not be comparable). Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $28 million. The stock was downgraded at Pacific Crest this morning.

Brown Shoe Co., Inc. (NYSE: BWS) 12.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $628.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $643.81 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.78-$0.92, versus the consensus of $0.78. Sees FY2012 revenue of $2.55-$2.58 billion, versus the consensus of $2.61 billion.

Canadian Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.39), $1.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.36). Revenue for the quarter came in at $474.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $485 million. Q4 shipments were 436-MW. For the first quarter of 2012, shipments are expected to be in the range of approximately 340 MW to 350 MW. For fiscal 2012, Canadian Solar expects to ship approximately 1,800 MW to 2,000 MW of solar products.
