Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: PWAV) 22% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.34), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.61). Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $90.94 million.

Active Power, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACPW) 15% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.93 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.01-$-0.03, versus the consensus of $-0.01. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $17-$21 million, versus the consensus of $19.6 million.

Given Imaging Ltd (NASDAQ: GIVN) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Sapient Corp (NASDAQ: SAPE) 5.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.23, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $262.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $262.51 million. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $262-$266 million, versus the consensus of $276.9 million.

Innerworkings, Inc. (NASDAQ: INWK) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.12, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $175.23 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.17 million.

Metlife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.31, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.81 billion.
