Syntroleum (Nasdaq: SYNM) 30.9% HIGHER; Dynamic Fuels, LLC and Mansfield Oil Company have signed an agreement to supply renewable diesel to Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC). Dynamic is a 50/50 venture owned by Tyson (NYSE: TSN) and Syntroleum.

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) 24.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.20, pro-forma EPS of $0.28, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $373.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $348.61 million. Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.10-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.10. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $350-$355 million, versus the consensus of $347.35 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.74-$0.76, versus the consensus of $0.52. Sees FY2012 revenue of $1.27-$1.28 billion, versus the consensus of $1.25 billion.

Natural Alternatives Internati (NASDAQ: NAII) 21.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, versus $0.12 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.2 million, versus $14.8 million reported last year.

Overseas Shipholding Group (NYSE: OSG) 19.5% HIGHER; bouncing today with the rest of the drybulk shipping sector. Shares began breaking out after crossing the 200-day smooth moving average. The company announced a $500 million mixed securities shelf this morning.

LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.77 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 8-10 cents on sales of $37-$37.5 million. The Street is currently expecting quarterly EPS of 9 cents on sales of $37.14 million. Sees FY12 adj-EPS of 40-44 cents on sales of $160-$165 million. Analysts looking for EPS of 42 cents on sales of $161.77 million.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCTT) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.06, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.72 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.15-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0.09. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $105-$110 million, versus the consensus of $89.98 million.

MedAssets (Nasdaq: MDAS) 14.6% HIGHER; late yesterday reports suggested the company is considering leverage-buyout options.

Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSIT) 14.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.78, versus $0.53 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.36 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.20-$2.30, versus the consensus of $2.04.

Zipcar, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIP) 14.4% LOWER; reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.09, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $62.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.09 million. Total members grew 25% from the prior year period to more than 673,000 at quarter end. Sees FY2012 revenue of $290-$296 million, versus the consensus of $293.2 million.

Masco Corp. (NYSE: MAS) 13% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.78 billion.

TAL International Group (NYSE: TAL) 10.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.02, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $134.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.1 million. Expects Adjusted pretax income will decrease from the fourth quarter of 2011 to the first quarter of 2012.

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNSS) 10.3% HIGHER; today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a Notice of Allowance for U.S. Patent Application No. 12/982,785 claiming certain compositions related to Sunesis' lead drug candidate, vosaroxin.

Rackspace Hosting (NYSE: RAX) 10.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $283 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.02 million.

Alvarion Ltd (NASDAQ: ALVR) 9.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), versus ($0.18) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.2 million, versus $47 million reported last year. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.06-$-0.01. Sees Q1 FY2012 revenue of $38-$43 million.
